Scarlett’s story begins in Ripley, NY where her family has deep roots for over 6 generations. As a teen, life took her on new adventures to many other states including Texas for over 30 years. Scarlett embraced her life in Texas, having four children who became her greatest joy and inspiration. Although, she always dreamed of moving home to the changing seasons and the aroma of grapes in the crisp autumn air. In 2022, she finally moved home to Ripley. Driven by a passion for helping others, Scarlett pursued a career in real estate, earning her license first in Texas, then in PA, and now in New York as well. Over eight years in the real estate industry, Scarlett has dedicated herself to guiding clients through one of life’s most significant journeys—finding a place to call home.

Today, Scarlett Folster continues to balance her career in real estate with her passions for cooking, classic cinema, painting, and mindfulness. Her journey reflects a life deeply rooted in family, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to helping others. Scarlett remains a vibrant force, inspiring those around her with her warmth, creativity, and dedication to living life fully.
