Susan Dey

Susan worked as a licensed REALTOR® in Florida for six years before returning to Erie in 2013 after spending 25 years raising a family in Florida. With two of their three boys all grown, she and her husband along with their youngest son, moved back to their home town of Erie to be closer to family and friends. They were also anxious to experience Erie's four seasons once again.

Susan is back doing what she loves and is anxious to share her talents and experience with new clients, old friends and anyone in between. She has exceptional communication skills and is friendly, honest and easy to work with. Susan has an energizing personality and is willing to go the extra mile to get to know her clients and to help them find the home of their dreams.

While an extremely versatile agent, Susan is particularly astute in residential sales, new construction and upscale neighborhoods. Although she is knowledgeable of Erie and surrounding communities, her primary focus is Millcreek, Fairview, Harborcreek, North East and Northwest Erie.

Susan graduated from McDowell High School and Edinboro University where she gained a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She continues to take advantage of any relevant educational opportunities in order to stay current with real estate trends as well as to better herself and her services.

Susan and her husband John, are the proud parents of Ryan, Daniel and Jack. Rounding out the Dey family is their Cavachon, Annabelle. Susan is very active in the community, helps feed the homeless and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity. She has also served on several school related committees. When time permits, Susan enjoys exercising, a good game of tennis, reading, decorating and traveling.
