Crystal Arlington

 Crystal Arlington grew up with a father that worked on a farm. As a young, teenage mom, she found out early on that life can be a great motivator. She never gave up and she went on to earn a college degree. As a single parent, she learned all of the trials and decisions she made had rumors and consequences. Learning from her mistakes has allowed her to go on to becoming a dedicated wife and business leader in Erie, Pennsylvania. She is a mentor to other women and has earned numerous local and national awards. Some of these awards include the Gannon University Women in Leadership Legacy Award in 2012, the Triumph Award in 2014 from the National Landscape Association, and the National Enterprising Woman of the Year Award in 2015. She has been featured in numerous magazines as well. Some of these magazine features include the Erie Life Magazine, salon magazines, and she also had a national publication in Lawn and Landscape. This brought pride to Erie and plenty of trophy’s home to her local community. She has also earned many certifications including CSP, LICM, ASCA-C, USGBC green associate and a PA Notary. She is a mentor to young adults and teenage mothers in the Erie and surrounding areas.
