As a licensed REALTOR® and current Vice President of Sales for Agresti Meadville, PJ brings expert knowledge of the local market and a client-first approach, helping buyers and sellers navigate every step of the real estate process with confidence.

PJ served as the President of the Greater Erie Board of REALTORS® (GEBOR) in 2024, where he led efforts to elevate industry standards and advocate for the interests of both agents and consumers. PJ has also served on numerous Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR) committees & task forces and is currently enrolled in PAR's Leadership Academy. In 2025, PJ was the recipient of the GEBOR REALTOR® of the Year award.

Additionally, PJ is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. Only 3% of all real estate professionals have this designation! PJ also boasts additional certificates including the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation and the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation. These credentials often require rigorous coursework, exams, and ongoing education, demonstrating PJ's commitment to mastering his craft and staying current in an ever-evolving industry. 

Beyond real estate, PJ is an active and passionate community member. He has served in multiple roles within the Waterford Township Parks & Recreation Committee and the Waterford Economic Community Action Network (W.E.C.A.N.), contributing his time and leadership to initiatives that strengthen the local community. PJ is also a strong supporter of youth and education, proudly sponsoring numerous educational and athletic programs within the Fort LeBoeuf School District, believing in the importance of giving back and investing in the next generation.

CRS - Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers.

PSA - The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.  

SRS - The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance.
