I began my career with Agresti Real Estate in 2010 as a real estate intern. Soon after graduating from Gannon University with a BA in Legal Studies, I was brought on as full time employee and soon became Manager. I developed a passion for Real Estate appraisals, and am currently a Licensed Appraisal Trainee working toward a becoming a Certified Appraiser. Kitty Siciliano - Assistant Manager / Licensed Appraiser Trainee
While I have been with Agresti Real Estate/Appraisal since 2001, I actually began working with Skip Agresti in 1996 as an Administrative Assistant. I have a total of 21 years with the Agresti's and working with appraisals. I am a single mother which is my #1 priority and my biggest accomplishment. I am a licensed appraiser trainee at this time. Heather Switala - Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, REALTOR
As a Certified Residential Appraiser and REALTOR at Agresti Real Estate, I got my start in the industry in 2003 in the Pittsburgh area. There I worked as an Appraisal Assistant for appraisers that covered Allegheny and the surrounding counties of Southwest Pennsylvania. I became certified as a Residential Appraiser in 2006. In 2010, I moved to Erie and became part of the team at Agresti Real Estate. I have learned a great deal over these years, and look forward to continuing to grow my expertise in this industry. I implement the latest technology in order to be the most efficient I can be for my clients. I take pride in the quality, honesty, and integrity of my work.
