Sue Weber
I have been a Realtor and consistent multi-million-dollar producer since 1985. The Weber family owned and operated the Erie Sport Store for 67 years; my husband, Rich, closed the store in 2018. We are the parents of two children and enjoy three Grandsons. I’m a graduate of Penn State, Gannon’s Leadership Erie, and hold a PHR certification. My passions are grandparenting, home renovation (house flipping), cycling, cross-country skiing, any outdoor activities and of course all things REAL ESTATE. Always my Daddy’s tomboy, I have renovated and sold many homes and never met a tool I didn’t like.
My community involvement includes being a Hospice volunteer (30 years), Veterans outreach, Highmark Caring Place, Serv Erie, the Emmaus Soup Kitchen, and Independent Council on Aging. I am a Cursillista and serve as a Eucharistic Minister for St. George Church as well as Springhill and Western Reserve nursing homes.
In addition to helping sellers and buyers, I am Erie’s only full-service Estate Realtor, offering a variety of services to ease the burden of those having to sell their loved one’s home and contents. This is especially helpful to families living outside of the area as it minimizes the need to travel to take care of these matters. I also work with living estates, assisting homeowners with downsizing or selling their homes and much of the contents to move into Senior living or to other locales. I served on the Task Force for the Protection of Older Pennsylvanians and am especially tuned into the needs of Seniors.
The hallmark of my real estate service is quality over quantity. I limit the number of homes I list and the number of buyers I work with so I can give each client unlimited attention and have time to always go the extra mile.
