Heather Switala

My name is Heather Switala.  I am REALTOR and Certified Residential Appraiser at Agresti Real Estate.  I got my start in the industry in 2003 as an Appraisal Assistant in the Pittsburgh area. I became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2006.  In 2010, I moved to Erie and became part of the team at Agresti Real Estate.  I became a PA Licensed Salesperson and REALTOR in 2015.  I have had valuable experience over the years with a multitude of appraisal types. I have worked with a multitude of different clients, including banks and appraisal management companies on many types of transactions. I am approved on the FHA Roster and familiar with their regulations. I feel that my years of experience with different facets of this industry gives me an edge that is unique and special. I have the experience necessary to guide clients through their transactions seamlessly.  I look forward to continuing to grow and evolve in this industry. I implement the latest technology in order to be the most efficient I can be for my clients.
