Shayla earned her Bachelor’s Degree from PennWest Edinboro and later completed her Master’s Degree at Johns Hopkins University, building a strong academic foundation that reflects both her dedication and drive for excellence. Her educational achievements, paired with her natural ability to connect with others, have shaped her into a well-rounded professional known for her intelligence, adaptability, and commitment to meaningful service.

In addition to beginning her career in real estate, Shayla has spent the past eight years as a school teacher, where she developed exceptional skills in communication, organization, advocacy, and problem-solving. Her experience working closely with children and families has given her a deep understanding of the importance of trust, patience, and personalized guidance during life’s biggest transitions. As she steps into this new role with Agresti Real Estate, Shayla is excited to help individuals and families navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence, care, and professionalism, making each client feel supported every step of the way.
